The hotel property was fantastic with perfect location adjacent to great beaches, and restaurant's. We got great breakfasts with freshly scrambled eggs.

Incredibly comfortable location, we didn't feel like leaving.

There were a mini-bar, central heating, and an electronic key card in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The breakfast was great with freshly scrambled eggs, and the staff were COMPETENT.

The breakfast is satisfactory, and the location is ideal near the bars and restaurants in the evening, restaurants and Tavira, the nearest place to that was Monte Gordo

The one-bedroom apartment I stayed in was immaculately clean and comfortable. The balcony offered a stunning view of the wooded area and camping site nearby. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly scrambled eggs. The housekeeping service was outstanding, and they even provided additional duvets and pillows to ensure a cozy sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and convenient free parking options. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I really enjoyed staying at Monte Gordo Hotel Apartamentos & Spa. It's new, therefore everything was working properly and providing a pleasant stay. The bed was nice and comfortable and, we asked for a cradle and we got it.The breakfast was very pleasant, with natural fruits and natural orange juice, with is a small luxury.

The receptionist, from my point of view, did not provide us information on the Hotel facilities, but I believe this is due to the fact that this place is new and everyone is gaining expertise on how to best perform their tasks. I'm sure soon this minor issue will be overcome.

The location is convenient for beachgoers due to its proximity to a great beach and the village. It’s also close to shops, bars and restaurants. The rooms have excellent modern decor and are spacious. The balcony views are stunning, overlooking natural forest.

The pool area is inadequate and does not create a good atmosphere.

The hotel is a nice pleasant modern hotel; the rooms we stayed in were nice and big with nice sized glass sliding doors onto a balcony, the bathroom was very clean as was the whole hotel. The breakfast was a very nice buffet, though I would have been happier if the eggs and the bacon (which was cooked just as I like them) would have been put onto a hot plate, but this is the way its often done in Portugal. But I must say we did enjoy our stay here.

It certainly is not a Spa hotel, the little cubicles and the mini swimming pool which they have are not my idea of a Spa hotel! The beds are to hard (to be fair I do sleep normally on a memory bed, which is very soft) Having to ask everyday for a new code for the internet, I did ask for a week ticket but was told that as I was only staying for 5 days I would have to ask for a new one each day! The room only having a wired socket which has a very short lead, meaning you have stand up to use the internet in the room. Only one English speaking TV channel! Lukewarm beans

Clearly, the best hotel in Monte Gordo. We have other 4 star hotel, but very crowded with all the adjacent problems. This hotel is new and you can have private parking, which is imperial in August to go around Monte Gordo, Vila Real, and Spain, much better places to get lunch or dinner and walk around in the crowded summer. Also very nice hotel for families with children. Again, the only hotel, well prepared with everything you need. Also good to be used to stay if you want to go to Seville. We will return for sure.

No wash machine in the room. Not used anymore in a 4 star hotel. Outside pool is small, but we can live with that in a beach area.

Spacious one-bedroom apartment with big terrace, comfy bed, and good kitchen. Fruit basket in the room was a nice touch. Great location near beach and restaurants. Easy and free parking available.

Booked last minute, was great accomodation. My only downside from our apart hotel was that we did not have a kettle! A must for Brits, instead of the cafetier which was provided brand new as was 6 months old. Once the spa and pool is fully up and running it will be excellent. The view is not great but the rest is awesome. Staff really helpful too.

Just needed a kettle in our room please...a must for the British. So we went and bought one.

We had such a great time at this hotel! The location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood away from all the noise. We were able to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The service here is top-notch, from the room service to the friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel welcome and took care of all our needs. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. We had a great view and enjoyed sitting in the cozy sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus for staying connected.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
